Our Design Process
Initial Consultation
We first begin by scheduling an on-site visit to get a better understanding of the site, your needs, budget and requirements for your upcoming project
Preliminary Concepts + Deposits
We then develop preliminary design concepts for your review. Once a final direction is approved, a deposit is collected based on the design package selected.
Design Design Design
Once the design direction is approved, our team begins developing the final design deliverables based on the selected package. We incorporate everything discussed during the consultation and concept phase to create a cohesive design
that reflects your vision and how you plan to use the space.
Deliverable Meeting
Once the design and supporting documents are complete, we schedule a Zoom meeting to review the final deliverables together. During this meeting, we walk through the design in detail, answer any questions, and note any revisions needed before finalization.
Final Delivery
Finally, we compile all design documents into a complete package for your use. If you choose to move forward with our team for installation, we also provide a detailed estimate based on the approved design. At this stage, everything is in place to bring your outdoor space to life.
